The expansion and growth of 5K’s featuring our furry friends has increased dramatically in recent years. Those who follow the new trend have begun to find various benefits that come from events such as these outside of just a great time! One of the most exciting benefits that come from these events are the exposure shelter pups have. Most shelter animals never experience an apt amount of exercise and these runs for them may be the experience of a lifetime. Additionally, consistent exposure to humans increases the a dog’s opportunity for adoption with prospective owners. It simply increases not only their quality of life but their overall behavior. Restless dogs are often problematic dogs. Expose yourself to the new trend, we know you won’t be the only one who benefits. http://www.poochto5k.com/the-benefits-of-shelter-dog-running.html #PullmanTailsOnTrails
